Ebazaar is a marketplace

Products are sold by independent sellers. The seller is responsible for the product, its description and its delivery. Ebazaar runs the platform, handles payments where offered, and helps resolve problems.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Give accurate details so orders can be delivered.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when the seller accepts it. Prices include VAT where it applies. If a seller doesn't accept an order in time, it is cancelled and any payment is refunded.

Using chat

Keep messages on Ebazaar. Sharing phone numbers, social media or other contact details to trade outside Ebazaar is not allowed and may lead to your account being restricted.

Not allowed

Fake, counterfeit, illegal or dangerous products; misleading listings; abuse of other users.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
