What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and phone number.
Delivery details: your address and, if you choose to pin it, your location on the map.
Orders and messages: what you buy, and your messages with sellers.
Device data: basic technical data needed to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, and to let the seller you buy from prepare and send them.
To send you order updates by SMS or email.
To keep the marketplace safe: messages may be checked automatically, including by AI services, to stop sharing of contact details and scams.
To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed: with the seller of your order, delivery partners, payment providers, SMS and email services, and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Contact us with the details at the bottom of this page. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as tax law requires, and other data only as long as we need it.
